Poutine Cuisine is a dream realized by a two young entrepreneurs. The summer after graduating high school Will Ammons and Jack Edgar opened the first Poutine Cuisine, a grassroots, gourmet french fry stand located in Denver, Colorado. Poutine is a French Canadian delicacy which includes fresh, hand-cut fries, squeaky cheese curds and delicious brown gravy. The idea to introduce Poutine to the U.S. was influenced by Jack’s Canadian heritage (all of his family being from Canada). As Poutine Cuisine enters its second summer season the company hopes to expand its following and create a name for Poutine in the U.S. and beyond.
